My name is Alejandro Juarez, owner and creator of Hightide Burrito Co. I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to share my vision of providing authentic, fresh food in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

I have been around the business of food in some form or another all of my life. From a wooden push cart to a small restaurant in Homestead, Florida, my parents made a living by cooking delicious, authentic recipes from central Mexico, where much of my family still lives. Growing up in a household that served Mexican food at the family table and to the community encouraged me to introduce recipes to Jacksonville that I grew up loving.

My childhood experiences taught me that whatever I did, I should work hard and do it well. My newest venture is Hightide Burrito Company, a concept designed to highlight my entrepreneurial spirit and my love for Mexican flavors. I believe that my family's flavors will become the flavors you look forward to coming back for again and again.
